The history of the firm in Sri Lanka dates back to 1897. Ford, Rhodes, Thornton & Co. is the oldest and one of the largest firms of Chartered Accountants in Sri Lanka. It began its association with KPMG in 1987 as a representative firm and since 1992 as a member firm.
